Our vision

Integration is a matter of two parties. The integrators and the ones to be integrated. The person to be integrated is highly dependent on the integrators, even if that person is well prepared. We want to give foreigners a chance to discover a new country and fully contribute to the economic system. Getting the allowance and permission to live and work abroad is one of our main fields of work. Even if we are not able to manipulate decisions and to bend laws, we want our customers to be best prepared and to benefit from our experiences to make it a bit easier – for both sides.

Please consider that the information on this website focuses on the situation in Germany. In other European countries the regulations are very similar. Countries outside of the EU might have different regulations.

General

Our experience and know how help you to save time, money and headache. Moving abroad can be very stressful. We want to avoid you getting stressed and leaving Germany again before even having the chance to fully arrive.
As English is not very common in most official sites, we help you to overcome the language barriers. The most important thing for us are happy customers.
Therefore we’re not avoiding over hours and nightshifts to be a reliable and trustful partner.

  1. Individual consulting! We are not giving standard advices but help you individually
  2. Independence! We are company independent and also support you when it comes to difficult situations with your employer in Germany
  3. Long-term support! Even when the formal integration process is completed, it does not mean that you will be fully implemented. We help you out, even after years.
  4. Additional services! What ever you ask for, we try our best to include it in our portfolio. While other relocation service providers offer a limited range of services, we do everything that our customers are requesting. Even if it means to consult in topics that are usually not covered.

As sooner as you get in touch with us, the sooner we can prepare you and getting things done.
Ideally, you are contacting us, 1-3 months before you leave your home country. But don’t worry, it is never too late to call a friend.
Just contact us, when you need help.

We do not have opening hours or working hours in the traditional way. We are orienting our services to our customers. We try to match our schedule with yours.
You will get the fastest responses within usual working hours:
8am to 4pm CET (Central European Standard Time) and
9am to 5pm CEST in summer.
You can always check the opening hours in Google as well.

In case of an emergency, you can always give us a call. We are friends to be there for you 🙂

friends-abroad.com is a young company that was founded in 2020 by Philipp Endres (German) and Eullen Vega (Costa-Rican) in Hamburg.

Our focus is on people who want to live in Germany but do not have the support of their employer, the language skills and the network to easily find a job or study in Germany. We help these people like friends: Without much bureaucracy, but always with open ears and helping hands, we work on individual, tailor-made solutions to maximize the benefit for our customers. That is why we offer service packages, individual services, workshops and courses. In most cases, there are options to tailor the services to the needs of our customers. Satisfied customers are our key to success. Our company is called friends-abroad because we support you as friends would.

Services and packages

Contact us, we will make an appointment to talk about your situation and what exactly you need. Afterwards you can pay with PayPal or bank transfer. You will also receive an invoice with a list of the provided services and tax.

We accept PayPal and bank transfer. Of course you will receive a qualified invoice

That’s not a problem. If you don’t want to book a package, you can also acquire single services.
Please contact us to receive the quotes. Answers to your questions are already starting at 2€. Trainings and workshops are starting at 60€ per hour.

Yes, in case you want to book a reduced package we can give you a fair quote. Anyway you are not going to pay anything without a detailed analysis of your needs.

Yes, our mission is to provide all kind of personal services related to relocation, moving abroad, registration, integration etc. 

We are your friends abroad to help you out like a good friend would do as well.
